| The most spectacular part of the Rockies is the Teton Range, where the peaks are unusually steep and rugged. The highest summit is Grand Teton, seen here from its neighbour Middle Teton. We climbed Grand Teton by the classic Exum Ridge route (superb!), which follows the rocky buttress to the left of the snowy couloir. We then descended by the Owen-Spalding route, which follows the left skyline and requires a 50m abseil. | |
