A nice cup of tea...

 There is nothing like a nice brew to rehydrate you after a walk at high altitude. Being an organised bloke, I let Lucy make the tea after our descent from Mount Sherman (4319m/14 036ft), whilst David took the photos and I rested. The only thing that was steaming more than the billy was my feet.
